Well, to be honest I wasn't to crazy about dieting today. I did however, remain strong and didn't give up!
Food Journal:
Breakfast: 1 granola bar
Lunch: 1 peanut butter sandwich
goldfish graham crackers
glass of juice
Dinner: Lean Cuisine cheese ravioli (very tasty)
glass of juice
Snack: water
goldfish graham crackers
*maybe some popcorn later...
Exercise Journal:
*sit ups
*squats
*walking in place with legs spread apart
*jumping jacks
