Ten on Tuesday-Bring You Up to Speed

1. We are now living in Wisconsin and have been here for almost a month! We are loving it.
2. Justus is now 16 months!
3. Klayton is getting ready to celebrate his 5th birthday and is in pre-K!
4. I am 28 weeks pregnant! And I "get" to do my glucose test on Friday.
5. We are excited to meet this little guy in December.
6. Klayton has lost 2 teeth while Justus is getting 2 new teeth.
7. Thursday my hubs will celebrate his 36th birthday. Upward swing to 40-he's getting old.
8. A little laugh for this Tuesday, courtesy of Klayton! My mom had a deer in her garden that she told Klayton about. He told her that he needs to get his gun (don't worry he doesn't have a real one) and come shoot. She asked him, "why? are you going to eat it?" His reply, "I don't like deer meat-I like people meat!"
9. God gave those little children to you, Mama-to you. No one else can mother them like you can. You may have your work cut out for you, but you're the one cut out to accomplish it.
10. Have a Happy Tuesday and I am promising to be back this week!

Camping with Grandma

Once upon a time...there was a boy named Klayton, his mommy and grandma!

They decided to make a fort in the deep jungles of, living room.

Klayton was their cheerful protector...

Always on the lookout for danger that might come their way.

With Klayton as their fearless protector, he always knew when it was time to tear the fort down and move on to avoid the danger.

And so Klayton, his mommy and grandma moved on and await for the danger to pass so they can set up fort once again!

Somebody in the Bed

While on the road we travel with Klayton's pack and play. And this tine is no different. Its set up between the bed and wall, in a tight space.
Last night I put him to bed with his teddy bear Victor. I turned myself to face him while sleeping. This morning I woke up at 7 to use the bathroom. When I opened my eyes the first thing I saw was the pack and play. Natural instinct causes me to peer in and check on my baby. There was no baby! Confusion. I look around the room and there is no lil man to be found. What is going on? I had an escapee and he was in bed between Joseph and I sound asleep, with his bear-Victor!

A Kitchen Story

There was a little boy, named Klayton...

He loved playing in the kitchen cupboards,

and drawers.

He just never knew what he might find in a drawer,

and there were so many drawers to choose from.

He especially enjoyed digging for buried treasure.

He never knew what he might find...

And when Klayton didn't find what he was looking for, he still kept his smile..

And simply moved on to another drawer.

Unfortunately, the story ends here as he found a no-no drawer and his mommy decided the pictures should stop and the mess must be cleaned.
