How I Know I'm a Boy Mom (Ten on Tuesday)

1. My teaspoons and tablespoons are used as toy guns.
2. If someone passes gas the sound it makes is hilarious and draws laughs from the littlest guy.
3. I know who all the superheroes are.
4. There is constant dribble on the toilet seat.
5. Even I know that if there is a totally awesome sports car in the store parking lot that I should park next to it. Even if it is the furthest spot from the front entrance.
6. We go to stores with toy guns and rocks in our pockets.
7. I can usually find one of three items in each room a ball, car or a toy gun.
8. When I have a great hair day no one notices.
9. Our seasons are defined by football, basketball, baseball and golf.
10. Even after grocery shopping there is still not enough food in the house.

Ten on Tuesday-Preschool Edition

1. I cannot believe that this day is even here...my little boy is going to preschool!

4. Technically he misses the cut off for preschool since his birthday is in October. However, his preschool is in its first year and offering a 3 year old program. We thought it would be a great experience that would also help his speech to flourish!

7. He went in without a backwards glance and I don't think he even noticed that we left him there.

9. There are 5 kids enrolled and I couldn't be more thrilled with that class size! I think its just the right size with three girls and two boys! I'm hoping that he will become great friends with Blake!

...its going to be a long 2 1/2 hours for me.

Ten on Tuesday

1. Klayton is thinking ahead and likes to dress himself in his winter coat and boots! Did I mention he's a crazy kid? Since he likes to do this I sent him outside in the rain!

2. I canned for the first time and chose to do bread and butter pickles-compliments of my mom's garden!

3. Saturday my brother and his family will be here for a visit! Looking forward to time with them!

4. I picked up a cleaning job for a few hours each week!

5. Justus is finally at the point where I feel comfortable dressing him in shoes! Love baby shoes!

6. Most days I really don't recognize what a shower looks like so while in Wisconsin a friend of mine will be giving me a perm! Not an 80's perm!

7. My boys like to match. And my two littles are vying for the title of Boss!

8. I am currently on a kick to sell half of my closet as it is in desperate need of downsizing!

9. Next week, Klayton begins preschool. I may or may not tear up on that day, though I am excited! He is not that excited because he won't be riding a school bus.

10 on Tuesday; I May or May Not

1. I may or may not drink right from the juice jug that is currently in our fridge.
2. I may or may not have left a burner on low causing the leftover pasta sauce to scorch and burn the pot.
3. I may or may not have sunburnt knees and only sunburnt knees.
4. I may or may not have baked a batch of cookies and ate them all in one days time...with the help of my lil guy of course!
5. I may or may not have started this post yesterday (Monday).
6. I may or may not have had a craving for bacon that finally got fulfilled.
7. I may or may not have finally cleaned out my 500+ unread messages in my email boxes. Who has that many unread anyway?!
8. I may or may not have read 15 books thus far to Klayton for the summer reading program.
9. I may or may not be jealous of the tan my child is getting while I only continue to get sunburned.
10. I may or may not want to use my final thought just to say, Happy Tuesday!

10 on Tuesday

1. The only snow I have found here comes in the form of a plastic snowman! Klayton is NOT impressed!

2. While here in Arizona we have been staying very busy. Busy is good though...we end up in bed earlier than usual just because we are SO tired!

4. I got my mom hooked to Pinterest! You are very welcome Mom! Haha!
5. Speaking of Pinterest...the past 3 days I have tried 3 new ways to style my hair because if it. Yesterday I did one that made my hair extremely curly and I couldn't figure out how to tame. As I'm staring in the mirror at the puffiness before me, Joseph called to inform me that we were going to lunch with another family and he would soon be picking me up! Of all the days; but thankfully my hair settled a little and looked acceptable.
6. Tired boy! I think he is going through a growth spurt?

7. Lesson as a Mommy...once you think you are getting motherhood figured out you realize you don't have a clue.
8. Unfortunately, I am really going to have to watch my data usage for the rest of the month. Apparently, Klayton and I have watched 1 to many video clips...
9. Last week we went to a Christmas party and did a white elephant gift exchange. I ended up bringing home a flying sock monkey...hilarious! You shoot it in the air like a slingshot and it screams!
10. I think this post might of been slightly boring...I really wanted to say that I posted 2 days in a row! Which is almost unbelievable and if there wasn't proof!! Nonetheless, HappyTuesday!
