Moving on Up

Well, if you read my recent 10 on Tuesday post you will remember my plea, warning to never shop at Advanced Auto Parts. This past Friday I made a phone call to their corporate headquarters after my emails were being returned. I filed a complaint about their customer service and really didn't expect to hear anymore about it. Today however, I received a phone call from Ryan the General Manager of the store we had the problem with. Ryan offered to give us $200 if we would stop back by his store in Pennsylvania on our way home at the end of the month! So, they just might be moving on up in my book of good customer service!
